What we do

Cameo provide small self contained Day Centres offering respite to Carers looking after a confused person.

Amongst services available on a regular basis at our day centres are the following:
  • Outings
  • Stimulating activities including art and craft, reminiscence and music
  • Companionship
  • Lunch, tea and coffee
  • Support for carers
  • Advice on other help which may be available
 
We have excellent day centres throughout Spelthorne which cater for the more able people. For those who are confused, a small group which offers a high ratio of staff and volunteer helpers to members, means they receive the stimulation and attention they need. It also ensures that their carers receive much needed respite.
