The team got together to reflect on the past (very challenging) 18 months, review the financial position of the organisation, and a look to the future.  There was also some recognition of the amazing work the team does.  There was a theme of activities that can be used to support people living with dementia throughout, such as music, videos, reflecting on the past and drawing.

The strategy and the new mission, vision, value and goals were presented and it was great to see how passionate and motivated everyone is about CAMEO.  There was a lovely video looking back over the 31 years of CAMEO and some great pictures of the charity and the people involved.

After a great session there was the most amazing lunch from Surplus to Supper and there was a heartfelt thanks to former trustees Geoff Pointon and Barry Wilkinson who left the trustee board.
